• Develop and execute an enterprise digital strategy aligned to RayzeBio objectives.
• Lead digital transformation and AI/ML initiatives for data quality and automation.
• Own analytics roadmap across research, development, manufacturing, and commercial readiness.
• Establish data governance, security, and cross-functional accessibility.
• Partner with IT and business teams to scale platforms and adoption.
• Attract and develop talent across data science, analytics, and technology.
