We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Construction to oversee all aspects of pipeline and facility construction operations. Reporting directly to the President, this executive leader will drive operational performance, ensure compliance, and position the company for sustainable growth.
Oversee day-to-day operations of construction projects across PA, OH, and WV
Lead project managers, superintendents, and field crews to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
Develop and implement strategies to maximize efficiency, control costs, and drive profitability
Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term goals and strategic growth initiatives
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, with a strong focus on safety and environmental standards
Represent the company at bid meetings, industry events, and with key clients
Support business development by evaluating opportunities and contributing to competitive bids
Manage budgets and forecasts in partnership with finance
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
8+ years of progressive leadership experience in the oil and gas industry, with strong focus on pipeline and facility construction in the Marcellus region
Proven success managing large-scale projects with an emphasis on safety, efficiency, and compliance
Strong knowledge of pipeline construction processes, regional regulations, and best practices
Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
Financial acumen with experience overseeing multimillion-dollar budgets
Familiarity with OSHA, DOT, and other regulatory frameworks
