Job summary

A private equity investment firm seeks a Vice President of Compliance to oversee regulatory compliance and build a best-in-class compliance infrastructure. The role requires 5+ years of compliance experience, including working directly with the SEC. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to scale compliance functions within a fast-growing, multi-practice RIA. Competitive compensation, including base salary and equity ownership, is offered. In-person in Dallas is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of compliance experience in an SEC-registered RIA or regulatory role.
• Experience interfacing directly with the SEC.
• Demonstrated experience in scaling compliance functions.

Responsibilities

• Build compliance infrastructure for a multi-practice RIA.
• Serve as primary SEC liaison.
• Deliver compliance reporting to firm leadership.
