Location: Remote - Anywhere (Open to applicants available during US business hours)

Fueled is a leading digital strategy, design, and engineering agency. Recently united with 10up – now the brand of our WordPress practice – we are a 300+ person team that has designed and built hundreds of digital products and experiences for brands like Google, Apple, The New York Times, ESPN, Victoria’s Secret, MGM Resorts, Albertsons, and CLEAR.

As Vice President of Client Delivery, you'll lead the charge in ensuring our client work is delivered successfully, efficiently, and to the highest across all Fueled accounts. You will ensure that we deliver high-quality, results-driven digital solutions that meet or exceed client expectations, while maintaining profitability and fostering long-term relationships. You will lead the Project Management team, drive operational excellence, and be accountable for client satisfaction, strategic growth of existing accounts, and overall team performance.

What you will do:
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing client delivery team, aligning structure and roles with evolving business needs while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring digital projects are on time, on budget, and aligned with client goals—stepping in directly on at-risk projects as needed.
  • Ensure quality and operational excellence by setting delivery standards, tracking performance KPIs, and collaborating across disciplines to maintain consistency and innovation.
  • Drive client satisfaction and growth by building trusted relationships, contributing to strategic account planning, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Align delivery strategy with business goals, collaborating with leadership on staffing, financial operations, and long-term planning to support scalable, profitable execution.
About you:
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital product delivery, or client services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing complex client portfolios and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital channels, technology, and creative development.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on execution, results, and client success.
