Job summary

State Street Investment Management, a global leader with a disciplined investment process, seeks a VP, North America Strategic Insights Analyst to monitor the NA asset management landscape and translate insights into real-time, decision-ready guidance for leadership.

You will deliver concise updates on market developments, synthesize data into clear strategic implications, and partner with US Sales to encourage adoption of self-service tools.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of market intelligence, analytics, or related roles.
• Experience in NA asset management, wealth management, or financial services preferred.
• Familiarity with industry data sources across product vehicles and client segments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a forward-looking view of the North American asset management landscape.
• Deliver timely, concise, and decision-ready updates to senior leadership on market developments and performance.
• Synthesize proprietary and third-party data into clear, actionable insights that identify competitive threats, growth opportunities, and shifts in client, advisor, and market demand.
• Translate analysis into clear strategic implications, ensuring that “so what” and “what do we do next” are embedded as core outputs.
• Serve as strategic partner to US Sales leadership to drive adoption of self-service performance tools.
• Serve as a central point of contact for time-sensitive, quick-hit insight requests from leadership.
