Job summary

State Street Corporation seeks an Officer, Americas Strategy and Insights Analyst to provide analytical support for monitoring developments in North American asset management and the broader State Street Investment Management business. The role translates findings into actionable insights to shape firm-wide priorities and decision making.

You will build leadership-ready narratives, collaborate across teams, and support senior leadership with timely, concise updates and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in market intelligence, strategy, research, distribution support, business analysis, or a related field.
• Experience in asset management, wealth management, or financial services preferred.
• Strong written and presentation skills; ability to communicate insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support the monitoring and summary of key trends across the North American asset management landscape.
• Assist with the preparation of updates and presentation materials for senior leadership.
• Analyze proprietary and third-party data alongside industry research to identify growth opportunities.
• Contribute to evaluation of strategic global growth initiatives, including market sizing and target setting.
• Respond to ad-hoc, time-sensitive research requests from leadership and distribution partners.
