Job summary

Vantage is seeking a seasoned Vice President of North America Marketing & Communications based in Denver. The role requires 3 days on-site with 2 days flexible, leading integrated marketing, communications, stakeholder engagement and reputation programs across North America.

You will partner with Global teams to align regional actions with the corporate narrative and address local energy, regulatory, and community concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive marketing/communications experience.
• Minimum 7 years in leadership roles managing teams and complex programs.
• Proven success leading regional or national marketing and communications within large organizations.
• Experience managing reputation, stakeholder engagement, and issue communications.
• Strong integrated marketing, digital, content strategy, advertising, and audience engagement knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead North America marketing/communications strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Advise the President of North America and regional leadership as principal marketing/communications advisor.
• Translate global programs to North American markets and manage annual plans and budgets.
• Lead regional reputation campaigns, community engagement, and stakeholder outreach.
• Oversee events, content strategy, market engagement, and agency relationships.
• Track KPIs and manage regional budgets to deliver measurable outcomes.
