Job summary

Vantage Data Centers LLC seeks a Vice President of Marketing & Communications, NA, to lead regional strategy, reputational programs, and stakeholder engagement in North America. The role reports to the CMO and works with cross-functional teams to position Vantage as a trusted digital infrastructure partner.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in marketing and communications, 7+ years of leadership, and a track record in complex, regulated industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, public affairs, reputation management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 7 years of leadership experience managing teams and complex programs.
• Proven success leading regional or national marketing and communications within large, complex organizations.
• Experience managing reputation, stakeholder engagement, community relations, and issue communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the North America marketing and communications strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Advise the NA President and regional leadership on reputation, communications, and market positioning.
• Translate global programs to North American markets and set annual plans, budgets, and KPIs.
• Lead regional initiatives on community engagement, policy outreach, and stakeholder trust.
• Oversee content, media relations, events, and partnerships to drive business outcomes.
