Job summary

Wounded Warrior Project is seeking a strategic, mission-driven executive to lead the national network portfolio, expanding access to veteran brain health and mental health care through diverse partnerships. The VP will oversee governance, performance, and collaboration with academic medical centers and healthcare systems across the country.

The role emphasizes fiduciary oversight, cross-sector partnership development, and translating research into scalable programs that support nationwide care

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressively responsible leadership in healthcare or veteran services.
• Ten years in healthcare delivery, clinical operations, or provider network strategy.
• Experience managing budgets, contracts, and fiduciary responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead WWP’s national network portfolio to improve access and outcomes for veterans.
• Develop and execute a long-term network strategy aligned with WWP’s vision.
• Oversee Warrior Care Network and other partnerships and ensure performance and quality.
• Expand a coordinated system of clinical and academic partners to meet veteran needs.
• Build executive relationships with healthcare systems, government agencies, and partners.
