Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President for Product Development within Wealth Management Solutions to design and manage fee-based advisory offerings across PB, CWM, JPMA, and National Branch channels.

You will lead launches, coordinate with investment management, trading, legal, risk and technology, and build trusted stakeholder relationships to drive strategic changes and revenue growth. Candidates should have 8+ years in financial services with wealth/asset management product

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial services, preferably with product experience in wealth management, asset management, investment banking, or consulting.
• Experience with investment products and asset classes, with a preference for multi-asset class solutions and derivatives.
• Proven track record in designing new investment products and launching channels or programs to the market.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to senior leaders.
• Team-oriented with ability to influence across functional areas and seniority.
• Analytical and data-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proactive communicator with a self-starter mentality.
• Advanced degree preferred, CFA, CAIA, CFP, etc.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across the company to design and structure new offerings or enhance existing capabilities.
• Independently lead product launches or changes across investment management, business channels, trading, legal, compliance, risk, finance, tax, operations and technology.
• Provide subject matter expertise on offerings and represent them in committees.
• Lead efforts to consolidate products and streamline client offerings for revenue growth.
• Provide ongoing product support and coordinate across business lines for new launches and program changes.
