Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York is seeking a Vice President of Product Development in Wealth Management to lead development and lifecycle management of fee-based advisory products for multiple US distribution channels.

You will partner across investment management, business channels, trading, and legal to design innovative offerings and launch programs across asset classes, including multi-asset and derivatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial services, preferably with product experience in wealth management, asset management, investment banking, or consulting.
• Experience with investment products and asset classes, with a preference for multi-asset class solutions and structured products/derivatives.
• Proven track record in designing and launching investment products or channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence senior leaders.
• Team-oriented with ability to work with cross-functional groups.
• Analytical and data-driven with good problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with proactive communication.
• Advanced degree and industry accreditations (CFA/CAIA/CFP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with company leaders to design and structure innovative offerings or enhance existing capabilities.
• Independently lead product launches or changes across investment management, business channels, trading, legal, compliance, risk, finance, tax, operations and technology.
• Provide SME support and represent offerings in committees and forums.
• Lead efforts to consolidate products and streamline client offerings for revenue growth.
• Provide ongoing product support and coordinate across lines for unified client experience.
