We built a leading performance-driven network of 100+ sites across the US, Europe, India, and Australia, conducting research directly in the communities where care is delivered across gastrointestinal, hepatology, obesity, and cardiology. By combining deep clinical trial expertise with cutting-edge AI, we connect sponsors’ scientific ambitions with high-performing research teams that expedite and expand access to novel therapeutics for patients in need. • Coordinate cross-functional diligence across finance, legal, operations, people, technology, and regulatory functions to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Develop acquisition models, return analyses, pro forma projections, and assessments of synergies, capital requirements, and transaction economics.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external advisors to structure transactions, negotiate terms, and manage documentation through close.
Site Expansion & Integration
  • Evaluate acquisition and de novo opportunities to expand Iterative Health’s clinical research site network and geographic reach.
  • Partner with business and functional leaders to assess operational feasibility, investment requirements, and opportunities for scalable growth.
  • Lead post-acquisition integration planning and translate transaction assumptions into measurable operating priorities and value-creation initiatives.
  • Monitor post-close performance and refine integration processes to maximize transaction value.
Leadership & Executive Communication
  • Establish scalable M&A processes, evaluation frameworks, approval workflows, and pipeline reporting.

  • Present acquisition opportunities, financial analyses, transaction updates, and recommendations to the Chief Development Officer, executive leadership, and Board of Directors, as appropriate.
