Biolumina seeks a highly skilled Medical Scientific Services professional to provide technical expertise and lead scientific discovery across biology and related fields.

You will develop detailed plans, guide junior staff, and support validation of biological research, with responsibilities spanning documentation, analysis, and presentation at scientific conferences.

• Provides technical expertise to aid in executing strategies within a specific function, developing detailed plans and recommendations to advance business/network/agency objectives.
• Works on complex projects that influence key operational goals and strategic priorities.
• Operates as a subject-matter expert to provide guidance and support to junior professionals and teams.
• Initiates, leads, conducts and supports discovery and validation of research in biology, bio-tech, physiology, pharmacology, neurosciences, microbiology, agriculture, food, genomics, bioinformatics, bacteriology or stem cell research
• Prepares comprehensive documented observations, analyses and interpretations of results, including technical reports, summaries, protocols and quantitative analyses
• Publishes activities, findings and conclusions in recognized scientific publications, and presents same at appropriate scientific conferences and forums
• Documents research leading to patent disclosure or technical and/or scientific advancement
