Job summary

The Vice President, Medical Affairs at Uniquity Bio in Malvern, PA, leads the development and execution of medical strategy across current and future programs. The role combines scientific credibility with hands-on delivery, building a scalable Medical Affairs function and advising executive leadership.

You will engage external experts, lead evidence-generation and publication efforts, and partner cross-functionally to align medical insights with development plans and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or clinical degree (MD, DO, PharmD, PhD or equivalent).
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in Medical Affairs or related function.
• Strong GI background preferred.
• Experience building Medical Affairs strategy for clinical-stage or launch products.
• Experience leading evidence generation, publications and congress strategy.
• Ability and willingness to operate as a player-coach and personally produce deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated Medical Affairs plans for solrikitug and future programs.
• Build fit-for-purpose Medical Affairs capabilities, governance and partnerships.
• Personally create and deliver high-priority medical plans and materials.
• Establish objectives, budgets, metrics and decision frameworks.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and societies.
• Lead advisory boards and external-engagement activities.
• Drive evidence-generation and publication strategies across programs.
• Lead Medical Affairs readiness for late-stage development and commercialization.
