Qualifications

• 12+ years in content leadership within investments or financial services.
• Publishing background with demonstrated ability to drive demand.
• Exceptional editorial judgment and writing/editing skills.
• Strong commercial orientation; fluency in marketing funnels, client journeys, and sales enablement.
• Experience with content analytics, marketing automation, CRM alignment, and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of content strategists and writers.
• Architect and execute a differentiated markets content strategy.
• Partner across the organization to translate commercial priorities into content programs (campaigns, sequenced series, anchor pieces, always-on content, sales enablement).
• Elevate BNY Investments’ voice in the market with timely, bold, and credible content—integrating data, research, and practitioner perspectives.
• Uphold standards of editorial governance, quality, accuracy, and brand consistency across channels.
• Manage the content calendar, workflows, and production stack across web, email, social, video, events, and sales enablement.
• Adopt a test-and-learn mindset to build and improve performance frameworks and use analytics to optimize formats and messages.
