Job summary

Carefeed is seeking a VP of Marketing to build and own the marketing function, turning existing work into a robust demand generation engine with a clear pipeline impact. You will own brand voice, channel strategy, and measurement, reporting to the Head of Growth, and collaborating with the commercial team to align marketing with revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing experience, including senior leadership.
• Experience building demand generation and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Build and own Carefeed's demand generation engine with measurable pipeline.
• Develop marketing strategy from channel mix to lead volume and conversion.
• Lead and grow the marketing function for scaling.
• Own activation across AHCA/NCAL/state associations and events as a lead gen channel.
• Create thought-leadership programs to build credibility with operators and owners.
• Align marketing output with pipeline goals and revenue outcomes.
• Own brand positioning and messaging across web, content, and events.
• Establish marketing measurement discipline linking campaigns to leads and revenue.
• Evaluate and implement marketing technology and processes for GTM scaling.
