Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced VP of Marketing to lead our global marketing efforts. This role focuses on demand generation and expanding our digital marketing presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing within a software medical equipment company, experience in a high-growth mid-size company ($35M-$75M revenue), and a history of working closely with executive leadership. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this leader will inspire and guide a talented team and be hands-on with key initiatives. Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals, emphasizing demand generation and digital marketing.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, including roles such as Demand Generation Manager, Product Marketing and Content Manager, and Market Managers.
  • Evaluate and potentially integrate a team of Business Development Representatives into marketing.
  • Drive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and website optimization.
  • Oversee integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and effective targeting.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align marketing and sales efforts, optimize lead processes, and support sales enablement.
  • Work with the Chief Product Officer on industry trends, market changes, and competition.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and ROI.
  • Use data and analytics to monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and new marketing technologies.
  • Oversee product marketing initiatives, ensuring clear value propositions and effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Champion the Circle brand across all touchpoints.

Required Skills / Experience :

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience in a similar role within a software medical equipment company.
  • Experience working in a high-growth mid-size company with $35M-$50M revenue.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with executive leadership.
  • Expertise in demand generation and digital marketing within B2B.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to build and lead high-performing marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented, hands-on approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience marketing to healthcare institutions and OEM vendors is a plus.

Educational Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
