Qualifications

• 12+ years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences advertising experience, including demonstrated experience managing and developing other account leaders.
• A track record of owning financial responsibility for a client business, including job tracking, forecasting, and financial growth.
• Strong experience developing multi-tiered account teams, including other people managers.
• Polished presence and the confidence to represent the agency’s point of view, both with clients and within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Champion integrated thinking at scale, ensuring consistency, quality, and strategic rigor across every discipline and every team reporting into the business.
• Anticipate industry, competitive, and market shifts at a category level, translating them into proactive guidance for clients and forward-looking business strategy.
• Model and instill a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous growth across all teams within the business.
• Held accountable for brand financial performance, including forecasting, project tracking, and highlight the need for resource allocation discussions across the business.
• Lead, manage, and develop a team of account leaders, setting performance goals, coaching leadership capability, and building succession-ready talent.
• Actively involved in business development, including identifying, pursuing, and directing for organic growth.
