Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a top-tier law firm and/or in-house legal department.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. securities laws, SEC reporting, and corporate governance.
• Significant experience leading M&A transactions and venture investments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support legal aspects of M&A transactions, including due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and integration.
• Advise on venture capital investments, strategic partnerships, and other corporate development activities.
• Manage and ensure compliance with SEC regulations, including preparation and review of periodic filings.
