Job summary

Erasca, Inc. is seeking a VP Clinical Development and Global Program Lead for Lung Cancer to provide medical leadership across the lung cancer development program and collaborate with the CMO across the portfolio.

The successful candidate will guide clinical strategy, design registrational plans, interact with KOLs and authorities, and lead study subteams while driving data-driven decision making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• MD degree or equivalent with subspecialty fellowship in Oncology.
• Board certification or eligibility in Oncology required; thoracic oncology preferred.
• 8–10+ years in oncology clinical trials and drug development; industry experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical direction and scientific leadership for the lung cancer program.
• Lead the clinical development subteam for all lung cancer studies.
• Design and implement efficient clinical trials with meaningful endpoints.
• Oversee safety/efficacy data review and interpretation and regulatory submissions.
• Collaborate with regulatory, health authorities, and cross-functional teams.
