Job summary

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute a comprehensive LTD strategy aligned with enterprise goals.
• Lead end-to-end LTD claims operations including intake, adjudication, and RTW programs.
• Drive AI/automation and analytics to improve efficiency and quality.
• Establish governance, risk controls, and compliance across LTD ops.
• Own LTD P&L and monitor KPIs like turnaround time and customer satisfaction.
• Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture and develop leadership talent.
• Collaborate with tech teams to integrate LTD platforms and tools.
