Job summary

Barclays in New York seeks a Limits & OTC Trading Technology Lead - VP to shape the strategic direction of the CLH and OTC platforms, partnering with Front Office, Risk, Operations and Technology to deliver low-latency, real-time trade approvals and risk monitoring.

You will lead a global engineering team, guide platform modernization and AI-enabled transformation, and drive comprehensive risk controls while mentoring talent across regions.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge in Financial Markets Technology and related domains.
• Experience supporting engineering or platform teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Experience designing enterprise platforms, data architectures and distributed systems.
• Strong Java programming ability and familiarity with AI integration.
