Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and full-stack development.
• Strong background in Java, Python, Scala, Angular and related technologies.
• Proven experience building scalable enterprise applications, preferably in cloud environments.
• Experience leading teams and managing stakeholder relationships in a global setting.
• Experience leveraging GenAI, Copilot or AI tools for development and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade financial modelling, reporting and analytics solutions.
• Architect and implement robust software systems using Java, Python, Scala, Angular and other modern technologies, ensuring best practices in SDLC, code quality, and performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define requirements, evaluate tools, and deliver innovative solutions aligned with business goals.
• Drive the adoption of GenAI, Copilot, and AI-driven development practices to enhance automation, reporting, and developer productivity.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, communicate project status, and proactively address risks and challenges.
• Promote agile methodologies, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable software delivery.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and champion their adoption where relevant
