Responsibilities

• Design and implement critical real-time trade reporting system for North America.
• Lead communication with business owners and stakeholders.
• Build and test the electronic trading system to support growth.
• Manage robust messaging middleware and tooling.
• Improve SDLC processes (code review, TDD, DevOps) and global observability.
• Provide on-site production IT support and training as the team grows.
• Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.
