You will oversee construction, purchasing, land development, and customer experience to ensure growth and efficiency. The role emphasizes establishing scalable processes, KPI monitoring, and cultivating a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility in homebuilding, residential development, or a similar industry.
• Proven success leading large, multi-regional operations and delivering measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide operational strategy aligned with business goals and growth objectives.
• Oversee core operational functions, including construction, purchasing, land development, and customer experience.
• Partner with the CEO and executive team to set strategic priorities and drive operational readiness for expansion.
• Ensure consistent performance across regions by establishing standards, best practices, and scalable processes.
• Define and monitor KPIs to drive efficiency, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational effectiveness.
