Build and execute tailored syndication strategies: investor targeting, order book development, and pricing optimization. Expand BTG Pactual distribution footprint among U.S. private direct lenders, institutional credit funds, and loan market participants. Maintain coverage of investors active in emerging markets credit, cross-border lending, and special situations.Requirements: 7-10 years in loan syndication, leveraged finance sales, private credit distribution, or institutional credit marketing at a global bank, investment bank, private credit platform, or alternative asset manager with Latin American credit exposure.
