Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–9 years of experience in Java/Spring full‑stack roles.
• Leadership in designing enterprise‑scale Java/Spring Boot apps with RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience with cloud-native distributed systems and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency with security controls (OAuth2, JWT) and modern CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deliver scalable full‑stack solutions for ETF platforms.
• Partner with product owners, architects, QA, and operations to ensure reliable outcomes.
• Modernize APIs, microservices, front-end apps, and data integration.
• Drive code quality through automated tests, reviews, and secure practices.
• Improve production stability, observability, and operational risk management.
• Lead across the full software lifecycle and guide engineering standards.
• Apply AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery within governance limits.
