Simon Quick Advisors is seeking a Vice President of Investments to join the Investment Team, focusing on sourcing, due diligence, and market research to guide asset allocation and investment priorities.

The role covers prospective and existing fund investments, with fluency across buyout, growth and venture strategies, collaborating with the CIO and advisors. Location: NYC or Morristown, NJ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA and/or CFA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant investment due diligence experience.
• Proficiency in Excel for complex spreadsheets and reporting.
• Proficiency with Claude, Bloomberg, Morningstar, PitchBook for financial analysis.

Responsabilités

• Source, screen, and diligence investment opportunities across asset types and strategies. Present recommendations and supporting work product to Investment Team and Investment Committee.
• Fluent across investment strategies and asset classes with a strong network in buy-out, growth, and venture spaces.
• Oversee investments: respond to advisor and client questions; maintain portfolio data capture and analysis; conduct operational reviews.
• Assess broader economic and market trends to inform investment activity and provide insights for the Investment Committee and advisors.
• Deliver assessments and recommendations via written documentation and presentations.
