Job summary

Tier4 Group is seeking a Vice President of Investment Platforms & Strategic Programs to guide enterprise initiatives that enhance advisor and client experience within a rapidly growing wealth management and broker-dealer organization.

You will evaluate strategic challenges, build consensus among stakeholders, and lead large-scale programs from concept to implementation, focusing on platform modernization, regulatory changes, and business transformation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience within a broker-dealer, wealth management, investment advisory, asset management, or financial services organization.
• Proven success leading large-scale strategic initiatives across multiple functions.
• Experience developing business cases, financial analyses, and executive recommendations.
• Strong understanding of investment products, platforms, operations, and advisor workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives where the solution is not predefined and requires stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Strategic Initiatives across investment products, platforms, operations, and advisor experience.
• Lead complex cross-functional programs from concept through implementation.
• Define business problems, identify solution options, and recommend the best path forward.
• Drive initiatives involving regulatory change, platform modernization, process optimization, and business transformation.
• Balance stakeholder needs across Operations, Compliance, Technology, Product, Marketing, and Field Leadership.
