What You Will Do:

• Engage with the investment team, portfolio managers, portfolio analysts, risk, and quantitative research to understand and analyze current investment workflows, tools, and challenges.
• Design decision-making tools that enhance alpha generation and investment performance, leveraging automation and generative AI for innovation and efficiency.
• Document investment workflows, processes, and product designs clearly for cross-team understanding.
• Coordinate with the development team to execute product development.

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
• 10+ years of Fixed Income Asset Management experience or related investment roles.
• Strong understanding of technology, workflows, and technical requirements documentation.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with ability to translate complex concepts clearly.
• Collaborative ability to work with investment and technology teams.

What Will Set You Apart:

• CFA, FRM, or relevant designation.
• Experience with Aladdin and Bloomberg.
• Hands-on coding experience in SQL, Python, Power BI, UX Design.
• Industry experience in trading or portfolio management roles.
