Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Data Scientist for Internal Audit, Data Analytics to lead the refinement and prototyping of advanced analytics ideas that strengthen assurance and deliver clearer insights.

You will partner with audit stakeholders and guide concepts from framing through feasibility, PoC development, to hand-off to a product owner. With global collaboration, you will combine leadership with deep technical expertise to help teams adopt innovative testing approaches for business

Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills across varied stakeholders.
Advanced knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and NLP techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess feasibility and develop prototypes.
Excellent written and verbal communication for clear concepts.
Experience managing multiple initiatives with Agile delivery practices.
Hands-on proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools.
Strong discipline in documenting artifacts and decision materials.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and develop new analytics ideas aligned with audit priorities.
Facilitate stakeholder sessions to refine problems and confirm needs.
Define expected benefits and gather evidence to support proposals.
Present findings to decision-makers for Go/No-Go decisions.
Lead feasibility work, data acquisition, prototyping, and iteration.
Produce clear documentation and hand-off artifacts to product owner for delivery.
Promote collaboration and data governance awareness among teams.
