Job summary

Vizient is seeking a VP, Integrated Supply Chain to lead and deliver an enterprise-wide supply chain model across complex health systems and strategic clients. This role partners with client executives, Vizient leaders, and on-site teams to translate strategy into actionable plans and measurable improvements in cost, quality, and service.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare supply chain or related fields.
• Proven success leading complex, multi-site transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with executive-level stakeholders in health systems.
• Ability to travel regularly to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior leader accountable for performance, execution, and client value delivery across assigned client engagements.
• Build and maintain executive-level client relationships, advising on supply chain transformation and performance improvement.
• Align stakeholders and Vizient segments to a unified operating model with shared goals and outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional delivery of sourcing, value analysis, analytics, inventory, and operations.
• Drive savings initiatives, process improvements, and transformation efforts to meet targets.
• Establish governance, KPIs, dashboards, and routines to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
