Liberty Mutual Investments (LMI) seeks a Vice President to serve as the go-to expert on how investments behave within Liberty’s insurance balance sheet. You will guide structuring, work with regulatory and accounting teams, and bring a business lens to interpretation while shaping enterprise-scale investment strategy.

You will monitor regulatory developments, identify opportunities, and collaborate with Portfolio Managers to craft compelling business cases for actions on the existing portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or related field.
• Advanced degree, CPA, or CFA a plus.
• 10–15 years of experience in insurance investments, insurance finance, regulatory or statutory accounting, or related fields.

Responsabilités

• Serve as GSCA's SME on SAP/SSAP and NAIC reporting.
• Collaborate with regulatory, accounting, and legal teams to advise portfolio design.
• Assess regulatory and accounting treatment of investments for the General Account.
• Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends to inform portfolio strategy.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with investment, risk, operations, compliance, and legal teams.
