JPMorgan Chase & Co. invites an experienced Information Security and Controls - Vice President to join the Supplier Issue Management team in Columbus, OH.

You will help maintain robust risk management and oversight of supplier relationships, working with internal stakeholders to validate findings and drive risk remediation. You will engage with critical suppliers and cross-line business representatives to reduce risk, provide guidance, and share best practices while upholding the firm's high

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years experience in information security, risk management, supplier management, IT, or cyber security.
• Understanding of supplier IT risk and IT control policies.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders up to MD level.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple business groups.
• Attention to detail in reviewing documentation and evidence.
• Commitment to quality and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in driving process improvements.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review assessment findings for accuracy and compliance with organizational guidance.
• Validate closure evidence provided by suppliers, including policies and documentation.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to address issue management queries.
• Provide consultative guidance to business partners to work with suppliers on action plans or risk acceptance.
• Maintain ongoing consultation for critical/high-risk suppliers and report progress to stakeholders.
• Liaise with business partners to ensure timely remediation of action plans and risk acceptances.
• Manage the entire issue lifecycle including identification, creation, modification, extension, and closure validation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within supplier management.
• Educate and share best practices with peers and colleagues.
• Ensure activities align with standards and policies; communicate with senior management.
