As the VP, Human Capital Business Partner, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, delivering impactful, data-driven people strategies across a diverse set of teams. You’ll have the runway to shape talent programs, drive culture initiatives, and influence decision-making at the highest levels.
You’ll also be joining a collaborative and empowered HR team that is respected internally and works closely with the business – not as a support function, but as a true strategic partner.
Partner directly with senior leaders to align people strategy with business goals
Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management efforts
Drive high-impact talent and engagement initiatives that elevate employee experience
Collaborate with centers of excellence (Comp, DE&I, Talent Acquisition, Learning) to deliver best-in-class HR programs
Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on org health, team dynamics, and development planning
7-10 years of experience in an HRBP or strategic Human Capital role
Experience in financial services or a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Commercial, curious, and credible – someone who can influence at the exec level
Comfortable being on-site 5 days per week – this team thrives on collaboration and connectivity
