Job summary

Premier Project Management is seeking a Vice President of Hospitality Procurement to lead strategic sourcing and execution across hotel-related capital projects. This role partners with Design, Construction, Operations, Finance, and Property Leadership to ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery aligned with brand standards.

The ideal candidate has 8–12+ years in hospitality procurement, a track record with MSAs and vendor transitions, and strong negotiation, analytics, and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Hospitality Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in procurement and contract management, preferably hospitality or multi-unit operations.
• Proven track record managing master vendor agreements and strategic supplier relationships.
• Experience leading vendor transitions and change management initiatives.
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic procurement and operations across FF&E/OS&E categories.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, manufacturers, and service providers.
• Negotiate MSAs and pricing agreements to secure optimal value.
• Oversee procurement lifecycle from specification review to delivery and punch-out.
• Manage vendor onboarding, transitions, and cross-functional teams.
• Lead procurement team with performance goals and coaching.
• Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to senior leadership.
