Blue Yonder Title: VP, Sales

Overview

Blue Yonder is seeking a VP, Sales to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and driving the growth of our sales efforts, with a focus on customer success and engagement. You will work closely with the Sales, Services, and Customer Experience teams to develop and execute on strategies that maximize customer value and drive revenue growth.

Location: US-Remote with the ability to travel up to 50%

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and drive the growth of the sales effort, with a focus on customer success and engagement

  • Develop and execute on strategies that maximize customer value and drive revenue growth

  • Collaborate with Sales, Services, and Customer Success teams to drive customer success and maximize value

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends in the supply chain software market

  • Drive market awareness and thought leadership in the sales effort

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the supply chain software market for the sales team

What We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, sales management, or related roles

  • Experience in high-tech distribution, semi-conductor and consumer electronics

  • Proven track record of driving growth in a sales organization

  • Deep understanding of customer needs and market trends in the supply chain software market

  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company is a plus

  • Ability to travel 50% or more with region

The salary range for this position is $190,000 - $220,000 USD

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
