Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health admin, social work, nursing, public health or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive healthcare leadership, nonprofit focus preferred.
• Experience contracting with health plans or payers, and budgeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for ALZLA's healthcare services and ECM programs.
• Lead contract pursuit, negotiation, and revenue growth with health plans and payers.
• Mentor case management leaders and scale staffing, workflows, and tech.
• Align philanthropy-funded and contract-funded programs with regulatory and quality requirements.
• Represent ALZLA with health plan partners and drive performance metrics.
