Job summary

Autonomize AI is seeking a senior product leader to own the full product surface, including AI-powered applications, workflows, and platform capabilities. You will drive strategy, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market, while owning the P&L across the portfolio.

This executive role reports to the CEO with a path toward Chief Product Officer. The role requires deep healthcare domain expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to ship platform-enabled AI at scale.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management, preferably in healthcare tech.
• Deep domain expertise in payer, PBM, or value-based care.
• Proven leadership with P&L ownership across a product portfolio.
• Experience launching AI/ML products and building platform thinking.

Responsibilities

• Define and own multi-year product roadmap across AI apps, workflows, and platform.
• Steer strategy and prioritization across Health Plan and PBM markets.
• Translate market dynamics into a clear strategy and execution plan.
• Lead product narrative, and represent product in investor and customer conversations.
• Build and lead a small PM team with modern PM practices.
• Drive platform leverage and reusable components to speed delivery.
