Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking a VP, Account Director to join our growing team in Boston. The role focuses on leading client relationships, delivering strategic plans, and guiding cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and client outcomes.

You will coordinate senior-level projects, oversee budgets, and work with scientific services, medical professionals, and finance to ensure successful delivery. A Bachelor’s degree and 6–8 years of supervisory health and wellness experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 6–8 years of supervisory experience in health and wellness.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Inspiring, diplomatic leadership with vision and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead client interactions, balancing objectives, timelines, negotiations, and challenges to drive agency success.
• Articulate strategies and demonstrate knowledge of customers and markets.
• Direct a team of account staff and clients.
• Coordinate and implement strategic plans for events and initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal groups to ensure happiness, business development, and income potential.
• Prepare client memos, press releases, articles, strategies, and presentations.
• Oversee contract and budget development and approvals.
