Real Chemistry is seeking a VP, Account Director to join our growing team. This senior leadership role oversees client relationships, develops strategic plans, and guides cross-functional teams across healthcare advertising and communications.

You can work remotely within the United States or from any Real Chemistry U.S. office, including NYC, Boston, Chicago, Lambertville, SF, or Carmel. A bachelor's degree and 6–8 years of supervisory experience in health and wellness are required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead client relationships and cross-functional teams.
