A leading healthcare technology company is seeking a Sr. Director/VP People Operations to transform HR processes and enhance employee experiences. This remote role requires at least 10 years of HR experience, a strong background in data analytics, and excellent leadership skills. The Sr. Director/VP People Operations reporting to the CPO will be responsible for transforming People & Culture into a service platform that drives innovative, scalable processes and leverages AI and automation to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
A successful candidate for this position will lead and manage core HR operations, systems, and compliance, including HRIS, Data analytics, immigration support.
A successful candidate for this position will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong leadership and people management skills while inspiring high-performing teams. You will be expected to align HR strategy with company goals and contribute to the overall success of Transcarent by optimizing processes and systems that enhance the employee experience.
As a remote position, the salary range for this role is: $240,000—$260,000 USD
Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.
Salary is just one component of Transcarent's total package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock options.
