As a senior Business Development Leader, you’ll be at the forefront of high-stakes digital transformation pursuits—representing the agency in strategic engagements that demand vision, storytelling, and relentless drive. You’ll champion human-centered design as a key differentiator and help shape transformative solutions for enterprise clients. This is a senior role for a bold thinker and seasoned closer who can work alongside service line leadership and ensure that WongDoody’s financial portion of the deal is commensurate to our contribution to winning.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead qualified large deal pursuits from pitch through closure, driving significant revenue opportunities
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, employee, and partner as solutions take shape
  • Collaborate with service line leaders to embed experience design across all towers—even when not explicitly requested
  • Facilitate client workshops, highlighting the importance of world-class experiences in every solution
  • Protect WongDoody's scope within broader delivery frameworks, advocating through to final contracting

WHAT YOU'RE LIKE
