A leading provider of front-to-back trading, risk, and post-trade technology is looking for an accomplished Head of Americas Sales to drive new business growth across the sell-side, buy-side, and clearing firms.

With a well-established client base, strong brand recognition, and an expanding product suite covering risk, collateral, treasury, and post-trade automation, this firm is investing heavily in its next phase of growth. This is an opportunity to own the commercial strategy, scale the team, and directly influence revenue expansion in the Americas market.

Location: New York

Compensation: Highly competitive base + executive-level incentives

Experience: 10+ years in enterprise sales leadership, with a focus on capital markets technology (trading, risk, collateral, or post-trade solutions)

What you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and expanding Americas sales efforts across capital markets clients, including investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds, clearing firms, and custodians.
  • Managing and growing a team of high-performing sales professionals, driving new client acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Developing and executing a strategic sales plan, targeting front-to-back capital markets workflows—trading, risk, collateral, treasury, and post-trade processing.
  • Engaging directly with C-level and senior decision-makers, shaping long-term client partnerships.
  • Working cross-functionally with product, pre-sales, and delivery teams to align solutions with market needs.

  • Proven track record in capital markets enterprise technology sales, ideally with experience in trading, risk, post-trade, or collateral solutions.
  • Strong relationships with key decision-makers across sell-side, buy-side, and clearing firms.
