A financial services company is seeking a dynamic marketing leader to drive acquisition and retention within the dental independent segment. The ideal candidate will strategically develop omni-channel marketing plans and leverage data insights to succeed. This role requires experience in multi-channel campaigns and effective cross-functional collaboration for business growth. A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years in marketing are preferred.

Lead marketing initiatives that support acquisition, activation, usage, and retention of independent dental practices.
Develop and execute omni-channel marketing plans tailored to independent practices, aligning with both CareCredit and dental business objectives.
Collaborate with sales leadership to segment and prioritize resources to maximize growth opportunities.
Develop and present marketing strategies, quarterly business reviews, and annual marketing calendars to stakeholders.
Leverage research, analytics, and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and action plans.
Design and deploy B2B and B2B2C marketing programs that drive new provider and consumer accounts and volume growth.
Support client education and training programs that empower independent practice teams to enhance customer financial experiences.
Innovate offers, pricing, and promotional campaigns to increase CareCredit usage and retention.
Collaborate cross-functionally with H&W marketing functions, analytics, finance, and agency teams to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
Manage marketing budgets, including forecasting and expense tracking.
Lead cross-functional projects and drive collaboration across multiple levels of management.
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Grade/Level: 13
The salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $210,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
