Job description

At HouseAccount, we believe homeownership should be simple. We’re building a platform that helps homeowners manage all of their home services in one place, from pest control to HVAC maintenance and everything in between. With digital tools, vetted local providers, and transparent pricing, HouseAccount makes home maintenance seamless, predictable, and stress-free.

The Role

We’re hiring a VP of GTM Strategy and Partnerships to define how HouseAccount brings our product to homeowners. This role will lead go-to-market planning and strategic partnerships that drive acquisition, engagement, and long-term growth. You’ll develop and execute our GTM playbook, identifying target segments, crafting value propositions, and building acquisition and activation channels that drive market growth.

The ideal candidate combines strategic insight with a bias for execution. You know how to analyze the market landscape, identify high-leverage partnership models, and build scalable programs that deliver on both growth metrics and customer experience. You'll collaborate across functions to ensure partnerships are fully integrated into our overall GTM motion and product roadmap.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and execute our partnership strategy to connect with homeowners at key moments throughout their ownership journey.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy in collaboration with product, growth, and sales, defining how we launch, where we show up, and which channels drive adoption.
  • Own the full partnership lifecycle from sourcing and negotiation to launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Evaluate partnership opportunities through TAM expansion, CAC reduction, and revenue acceleration.
  • Identify and prioritize partnership opportunities across real estate, home services, and financial sectors that align with homeowner needs.
  • Use a test-and-learn approach to evaluate new partner strategies and refine execution based on data and homeowner feedback.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to scope and deliver technical integrations or data-sharing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the growth and sales teams to convert partner channels into repeatable, scalable acquisition funnels.
  • Track KPIs to measure partner impact, identify opportunities for improvement, and report results to leadership.
  • Represent HouseAccount externally, building trust with executive stakeholders at partner organizations.

Who You Are

  • 7–10+ years of experience in partnerships, growth, or business development, ideally in consumer tech, marketplaces, or home services.
  • Proven ability to own or shape go-to-market strategy, particularly through partnerships, ecosystem development, or new channel launches.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to craft creative, win-win deal structures.
  • Comfortable managing both strategic relationships and day-to-day execution.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and optimizing partnership performance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate executive conversations and simplify complex ideas.
  • Entrepreneurial and resourceful, with a bias toward testing, iterating, and launching quickly.
  • Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
