Job summary

BioIntelliSense is seeking a senior leader to own the commercial expansion from initial deployment to enterprise-wide adoption. You will lead an on-site oriented team, build a repeatable expansion playbook, and drive adoption across the installed base while coordinating with clinical, product, finance, and senior leadership.

You will recruit and lead the commercial account management function, align ROI models with program design, and ensure continuous growth across key accounts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial roles selling into large health systems and IDNs.
• Owns land-and-expand with proven deployment-to-enterprise success.
• Able to build executive relationships with hospital leadership.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites (≥25%).

Responsibilities

• Own commercial expansion and renewal targets across the installed base.
• Lead expansion planning and value-proposition delivery with cross-functional partners.
• Manage executive relationships and oversee handoff from new-business sales.
• Design customer-specific value realization programs tied to phased expansion.
