What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute a regional sales plan to achieve revenue targets within the government sector
  • Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in federal, state, and local government agencies
  • Prospect and close new business opportunities through direct sales and strategic partnerships
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities in Salesforce CRM, ensuring accuracy and completeness of account details
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with customer needs and improve the overall client experience
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum 7 years of proven success in Government or Public Sector sales, preferably in SaaS, GovTech, or safety/security technology
  • Established relationships with senior-level administrators, IT, and public safety decision-makers within the government sector
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with comfort engaging executive and C-level stakeholders
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM, G-Suite, Slack, and Zoom
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
