Job summary

J.M. Huber Corporation seeks an accomplished Vice President of Tax to lead the global tax function, drive strategic optimization of tax positions, and oversee compliance and reporting.

The role collaborates with CFO, Treasurer, and General Counsel to enhance capital structure and cash tax management across the multinational footprint. The VP will steer international tax planning, manage tax audits, and develop a high-performing team, including succession planning and governance for tax processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• MBA/JD/CPA preferred for leadership roles in tax.
• 20+ years of experience in tax within a large, global corporation, with significant international exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global tax function and serve on the senior financial leadership team.
• Develop and execute tax strategy, planning, and compliance across U.S. and international operations.
• Oversee tax provision, book-tax reconciliation, and coordination with auditors and external counsel.
• Manage, develop, and mentor a high-performing tax team across geographies.
• Drive tax planning for mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and cross-border activities.
