Testing Site - JPMC seeks a VP Global Rates External Reporter to oversee financial statements, regulatory reporting, and performance of liquidity and FTP initiatives. This role interfaces with Front Office and cross-functional teams to ensure robust accounting and reporting for Global Rates.

You will lead a small team, drive control improvements, and coordinate reporting with Front Office stakeholders across North America as part of the Commercial & Investment Bank, Global Rates desk.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Finance organization with exposure to accounting, financial statements, regulatory reporting and financial products.
• Experience in Product Control, Financial Control.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end reporting and control processes.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual regulatory reports.
• Consolidate and analyze quarterly Global Rates financial data.
• Manage and develop a team of three associates.
• Act as main contact for Global Rates actuals and forecasting for liquidity and FTP/NII.
• Develop and implement control procedures to ensure reported results integrity.
• Review policies and controls across regulatory reporting and accounting.
• Participate on firmwide teams to implement new accounting disclosures.
• Act as Front Office contact for balance sheet, capital and liquidity for North America.
• Identify gaps in reporting processes and participate in new controls initiatives.
• Lead Uniform Charts of Accounts improvements and internal/external reporting.
